Dr. Michael Leitner studied physics at the University of Graz, Austria and received his PhD in applied optics (OCT) from University of Porto, Portugal in 2010. From 2010 – 2013 he led the OCT group at the Research Center for Non-Destructive Testing (RECENDT) in Linz, Austria, and since 2013 he has been serving at Thorlabs in different roles focusing on OCT.
